How quickly will I get my photos and videos?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Videos are delivered within 48 hours. Both come via a cloud link sent directly to your email — download, share, or upload to MLS instantly.
What areas do you serve?
We cover the entire Greater Cleveland metro — including Parma, Lakewood, Westlake, Strongsville, Medina, Akron, and everywhere in between. Travel is included in all packages within 30 miles of downtown Cleveland.
How do I receive my files?
You’ll get a private cloud delivery link with high-resolution downloads. Photos are MLS and Zillow-optimized. Videos come in full HD and a vertical social media cut. Everything is ready to publish — no editing needed on your end.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
We monitor the forecast and will reach out to reschedule if conditions won’t produce great results (especially for exteriors and drone). Rescheduling is always free.
Do I need to be at the property?
Nope. If we can access the property (lockbox, code, or key), we’ll handle everything. Most agents prefer to let us work independently so they can focus on selling.
What if I need revisions?
Revisions are unlimited and free. If you want a different crop, color adjustment, or sky replacement — just ask. We’ll turn revisions around within 24 hours.
Are you FAA-licensed for drone?
Yes. All aerial photography and video is conducted under a current FAA Part 107 license with full liability coverage.
